Severe storms possible tonight
Temperatures are warmer this morning, close to 70 degrees already before 8 AM. Highs are pushing back into the mid 80s, with only slight chances of showers/drizzle north of 36 Highway. Severe storms will get going in Kansas late today, moving into our area after 10 PM. Gusty wind and some hail are the main threats as storms weaken while moving into Missouri. Leftover rain and storms are expected Monday morning with maybe an isolated shower or storm re-firing in the afternoon. Tuesday could be another widespread severe weather day as a cold front acts as a trigger for late afternoon and evening storms, all severe modes are possible by then!
