Slow Cooker Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe (1)

Sometimes, when you don’t feel like going to the grocery store with your three kids, you just start throwing things together that you have on hand and pray that it all works out in the end to be an edible dinner. That’s how this recipe started out . . . and I am so happy to report that it not only worked, but it is probably one of the best pork recipes I have made to date!
Be warned- this pork is pretty sweet (which is exactly the way I like it!), so feel free to add less brown sugar if that suits your taste.
I served my sweet pork on King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls that I found at the grocery store, but any roll will work!

The ingredients listed in the recipe are to go with a 3 pound pork roast. You may want to cut some of those pork roasts in half if they are that big. You want the juices and flavors to soak into the meat.

I just put this is the crock pot. Woke up this morning to a note from the wife wanting something good for dinner. Put this recipe in my head, went shopping and decided to check the web for something that might be similar to what I just concocted. VOLA! Your recipe was a dead on match! Giant wait for 6 hours to by . Great minds DO think alike!
