Last week’s newsletter shared that an update on the Nancy Drew: Mystery of the Seven Keys physical copy pre-orders would be coming soon. Well I’m here to share what information we have!
For those of you that pre-ordered a KEY disc when the order period was open, I have news for you!
Last week, we successfully completed the print production portion of the overall process. Check out this update we posted showing our press check in Minneapolis!

More good news! At this point, we are confident that the physical copies will start shipping the week of August 26. Once your game ships, you will receive an email notification, and your credit card on file will be charged. Please remember that when your game is delivered will depend on your location and which shipping option you selected (e.g., USPS Economy, 2 Business Days, etc.). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at techsupport@herinteractive.com.
In the mean time, we also have a highly requested printable for you back by popular demand! You can now download and print the box art cover for all your collectors needs. If you didn’t get a chance to secure the limited time physical box, make a DIY one of your own with any generic DVD box and a printer! I’ve done several of these for my bookshelf. You can choose between two designs (or both? ) — the physical box art or the classic Nancy Drew book stack style!

Would really like to order or purchase a physical copy of the new game was unable to secure it due to family illness, and I was away for extended period of time from computers and Internet of any sort

My credit card was already charged when i ordered back in May, please don’t charge me again. I can provide proof if necessary, but i can’t imagine i’m the only one.

I’m in the same situation… my credit card has already been charged (via PayPal) and money has already been taken from my account back in May this year..! Hopefully it’s not going to cause a massive issue :/ and double charges!! :/

I am thinking the same thing. Mine was charged immediately when I ordered this for my autistic son’s birthday in June. I also missed the July ship date until after I ordered, told him we would spend the day playing on my August Birthday, which is already past. If this is in Minneapolis can I just hop over and pick it up? I live in Minneapolis.

I wonder if you plan to add DVD printables? They are now different, and I would also like to print DVD. I mean, the disc itself, cover of it. Thanks!

I have been anxiously awaiting the physical copy’s arrival before I play! So excited!! My 5 year old is excited, too, as he loves to play Nancy Drew with a little help. With the rumors of how the puzzles are challenging in this game, I know I’ll be getting my husband’s help to solve the case, too! It’s a whole family affair for us. 😀
